We had such a wonderful experience with Elegant Limousines! From the moment I first spoke with Mike about my daughter-in-law’s bridal dress shopping event, I felt completely taken care of. He and Marlo made the entire reservation process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. Our chauffeur, Marlo, was absolutely amazing! She brought such a fun, positive energy to the day and made everyone feel special from the moment we stepped onto the party bus. She was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely invested in making sure we all had a great time. The party bus itself was comfortable, spacious, and the perfect way to kick off such a special occasion. The ride to the bridal shop became part of the celebration and created memories we’ll never forget. I went back and forth on whether to splurge on sprinter vans for our wedding, but with our venue being about 50 minutes away, I wanted transportation that was reliable and completely stress-free. Looking back, I have no doubt I made the right decision by booking two sprinter vans with Mike and Marlo. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. They arrived at our hotel well before our scheduled departure, which immediately put us at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and that everything ran smoothly. The sprinter vans were spotless and in impeccable condition. The Bluetooth sound system was amazing—we spent the entire ride singing and dancing with our wedding party, and it ended up being one of our favorite memories of the day! If you're debating whether wedding transportation is worth it, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. I recently booked service through Elegant Limousines for a funeral, and the experience was very good from start to finish. Marlo handled the booking and was professional, responsive, and clear in all of our communications. She was upfront about the cost and took the time to explain how everything would work on the day of the service, including a long drive to and from the National Cemetery in Bushnell. On the morning of the funeral, we needed to adjust the timing slightly. They accommodated the change without any issues, which made a stressful day a little easier. Our driver, Bill, was outstanding—respectful, friendly, and very considerate of the situation. He truly helped make a difficult day more manageable. I would recommend Elegant Limousines to others.
